The SBDC at the Sam M. Walton College of Business has compiled a comprehensive set of data related to the start-up of any new company.  Choose the county below in which your business will be located to find more information on business development, setting up a new company, special licenses, permits and inspections, building permits and zoning compliance, alcohol and tobacco licensing, occupational licensing, environmental permits, health permits, restaurant and food services, child care businesses, taxes and tax reporting, insurance and federal employment regulations.
