Event Registration
Please fill out this form to register for SBDC training events. Please note filling out the online registration form only registers you and is not a means to pay for our workshops. Please read our registration policies.

Payment Options

There are four payment options for your convenience:
  1. Mail your check, payable to "UA SBDC," to Reynolds Center, Suite 210, Fayetteville, AR 72701. Please do not mail cash. (If mailing payment, it should arrive 48 hours prior to the workshop)
  2. If paying by credit card (Visa/MasterCard), please call our office at 479-575-5148. Do not submit credit card information via the online registration form.
  3. Deliver payment to our office in Suite 210 in the Donald W. Reynolds Center. Click here for directions to our office.
  4. We accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) at the door of each event.
