Volunteer Speaking Opportunities

Presenting a seminar for the SBDC provides a great way for you to reach potential customers while contributing to your community. Our seminars are usually three hours in length and provide an opportunity for attendees to learn valuable tools in managing their small business.

We are always looking for volunteers to teach any of our seminars. Also, if you have an idea for a training topic we haven’t thought of, please share it with us.

It is preferred that our presenters use Microsoft PowerPoint as the presentation mechanism. Our Training Coordinator is available to assist anyone presenting in developing their presentation and handout materials.

Please contact Trish Kalbas-Schmidt, Training Coordinator if you are interested in volunteering. You may also call the SBDC at (479) 575-5148.
